My stupid close minded boss

He is a true idiot. I've been doing my job for a long time and am good at it, but moe keeps wanting me to do it his way. Our companies were merged and now he wants everything done his way which I've been doing for almost a year and guess what sales have gone to ZERO.

I'm not on commission so I could care less at this point I figure he is digging his own grave so I'll help. He surely knows his time is running out. Now he wants to blame me for his high dollar sales team not closing anything.

I set up appointments so the team can go sell the prospect. He wants me to use his exact word to set the deal. Guess what I've tried it, he is too stupid to realize his way is not the correct way/. He thinks he has all the answers and knows how to fix everything at the company but the bottom line is he hasn't closed anything in one year. Get real dude.

He thinks he will get me fired if i cant set appointments, which I would not be able to do if I did it his way, so i just have to do my thing and forget him. I will not let him run me off or make me quit they can lay me off if they want but I really think just like my last idiot boss I will be there once he's long gone. I can't wait!!!!!
