I am a call center agent,I had a specific team before which is called Kings, I love my team manager and my team mates.Even it's hard to go to work because of the graveyard schedule,I am still motivated because of the funny experiences with my team mates and good leadership of my manager.
Then we had an adjustment to make. One of the team need more agent and it should be chosen from our team. Unfortunately I am the one who is selected to be transferred to another team. I cried out loud because I don't want to be transferred.
I am adjusting with my new team mates and team manager now. At first I really wanted to take absence without leave. However, I've decided to stay longer and try to adjust with my new team.
Please have some advice for the next chapter of my career, if I am gonna pursue or not.
